Sex education should go beyond mere biological instruction to encompass discussions on consent, healthy relationships, and the diverse ways individuals express and experience sexuality. Drawing from my extensive work in designing inclusive curricula and delivering trainings that address the unique needs of various communities—including those with intellectual and developmental differences—, backed by a Masters Degree in Human Sexuality, I focus on creating safe, non-judgmental learning environments that allow participants to better understand themselves and those in their communities.
With over a decade of experience, backed by a Doctorate in Leadership and Innovation, I believe that leadership is less about holding a title and more about fostering environments where every individual is empowered to grow and thrive while supporting the overall mission. My approach to Leadership Development emphasizes the importance of relationship building, self-reflection, and continuous learning. I offer transformative experiences that not only build capacity but also inspire leaders to drive positive change and sustain inclusive, high-performing organizations.
